There are many ways in which you can participate, by giving of your Time and Skills, Money or Things to one of the SOLSA Projects, any individual or company who participates can ask for a Banner advert on the site.

Time and Skills – Volunteer Work
Any skills that you have to share from English lessons, playing with the kids, going shopping, networking with friends, arranging donations, writing proposals, teaching anything of value, writing content for the web site, brainstorming, and doing what none of us have thought we would ever be doing. To volunteer please contact us by email or phone.

Money –
You can make either a once-off or monthly donation to SOLSA or donate to a specific Project. We distribute money in one of two ways, by either:
1. Providing money monthly to purchase food for the immediate needs of the orphans.

2. Providing money for specific projects – mostly to create sustainable development projects, such as a borehole, a chicken pen, or a computer lab.To donate via credit card online or deposit directly to bank or post a cheque click here.

Amazing Grace Children's Home - Eikenhof
About 10km past Southgate is this beautiful home where there are 30 children aged from 2 to 18 years old. The home is well run but still needs a lot of development and assistance. On the list are: Cot mattresses, a music system, swimming towels, face cloths, school books, school uniforms (R12 000), a few tons of rubble needs to be removed so that they can plant veggies, a children’s table for little ones to sit at, computers, balls, a netball post, a swimming teacher, any school goodies, soccer boots and clothes.

Projects in Mpumalanga
There are 5 projects in Mpumalanga. Read more about these on the web site www.solsa.org or contact Rasada directly for more information. For the Mpumalaga projects you can donate clothes, computers , any kind of stationery - pens, sharpeners, files, notebooks, crayons, etc or anything that can be used for skills training and sustainable development. There are many interesting projects we are working on but the distance takes a different kind of participation, either Money or Fundraising or travel.
